Process: Washed

Ideal roasting level: Medium or dark

Tasting notes: Very low acidity, milk chocolate on the ligher roasts with semi sweet chocolate on darker roasts, mild natural sweetness and smooth body.

Recommended brewing method: Regular drip. Also good as espresso on darker roasts.
