About the event
We will be sampling two different kinds of Ethiopian coffee. Both are Sidamo, both are natural process, but the main difference is one is organic and Fair Trade certified.
Hopefully we'll be able to determine which one will end up on the Pawling Coffee Roaster lineup this fall!
