I made this as a French Press as well as a regular drip pot.
The aroma within a day of roasting I was picking up hot chocolate and toasted almonds, a lovely combination.
Upon brewing with both methods, I was pleased with how it came out. There wasn't any particular flavor note or aroma, but it was overall a solid cup.
My conclusion: this has proven to be a perfect baseline coffee. For anyone beginning to venture forth into the world of quality coffee, this is an excellent stepping stone.
