I roasted 2 pounds of this. Half of it was done at a medium roast and the other half at medium-dark.
I used a French Press for brewing.
At the medium-dark roast, it took the aroma to another level.
The flavor was rich but not overbearing and didn't go flat after cooling.
Even unground and unbrewed the aroma filled the room wherever it was stored.
Overall, I intend to roast more of this coffee in the near future.
