El Salvador Comasagua San Antonio

I roasted 2 pounds of this. Half of it was done at a medium roast and the other half at medium-dark.


I used a French Press for brewing.


My thoughts:

  • At the medium-dark roast, it took the aroma to another level.

  • The flavor was rich but not overbearing and didn't go flat after cooling.

  • Even unground and unbrewed the aroma filled the room wherever it was stored.

  • Overall, I intend to roast more of this coffee in the near future.
